~ Talking Circle – sharing the wisdom of all we’ve learned this past year.
~ Journaling – explore your truth and set your purpose for 2026.
~ Slow Flow Yoga Movement – grounding into the feeling of joining body, mind and spirit
~ The Giveaway Ceremony. In Native traditions giving something away is a very powerful act of kindness.
When you give, you receive and the circle of life is complete.
* Bring a small personal item that is meaningful to you that you would like to give away.
- Immersive Sound Bath experience
~ The ceremony concludes with a sense of clarity, alignment, and community support, empowering us to move into the new year with purpose and awareness.
