New Year's Vision Board + Sound Bath Workshop
Led by Megan Freeman, M.S., E-RYT 500, RPYT, YACEP
Set off the new year with intention during our vision board workshop. During this workshop you will have the opportunity to reflect on the past year and ponder your desires for the year to come.
After a short meditation reflecting on this past year and envisioning the year ahead, you will create a physical vision board complete with affirmations and mantras
We will close out the workshop with a relaxing sound bath to seal in the vision you have created. All materials will be provided.Saturday, January 6th, 2024 from 2-5pm Investment: $60
