Do your new years resolutions involve getting your fitness back on track? Increasing self confidence, self acceptance, body confidence, muscle tone, cardiovascular fitness, or simply your sense of well being? This eight-week group fitness challenge establishes positive habits for the year and tracks your personal fitness goals with three milestone assessments at weeks one, four and eight with a graduation at week eight.
Meet like-minded individuals in a safe and fun training community, all with unique and personalised fitness goals, with instructors who care about your experience. Your instructors are experienced Martial Artists and are with you every step of the way, doing the work out alongside you! Martial Arts is no normal work out class, you will experience a well-rounded, holistic and mentally engaging class, and build your community, learn self defence skills and increase your confidence along the way.
