We’ll begin by exploring the philosophy of Kundalini — where it originates, what it represents, and how it serves as a pathway to balance, awareness, and higher consciousness.
Through movement, mantra, breathwork, and meditation, you’ll gently activate and harmonise your energy centres, clearing blockages and inviting wellbeing, flow, and abundance for the year to come.

🕚 11:15 – 11:30 AM | Introduction to Kundalini Philosophy & The Chakra SystemEnjoy your hot drink as we explore the roots and purpose of Kundalini energy and the significance of each chakra. Learn how this practice can support transformation and balance in your daily life.
🕥 11:30 – 11:50 AM | Pranayama (Breathwork) for Energy ActivationPractise guided breathing techniques to purify and energise the body, preparing your inner channels for awakening.
🕦 11:50 AM – 12:30 PM | Kundalini Asana, Mudras, Bandhas & MantraMove through a dynamic sequence of postures, hand gestures (mudras), energy locks (bandhas), and sacred sound (mantra) designed to awaken and balance the lower chakras.
🕧 12:30 – 12:40 PM | Short Rest / BreakTake a few moments to integrate your experience, rest, or enjoy a brief break.
🕐 12:40 – 1:30 PM | Continued Practice – Awakening the Higher ChakrasDeepen your journey with continued asana, breath, and mantra work, focusing on the upper energy centres to expand awareness and inner light.
🕜 1:30 – 1:55 PM | Chakra-Focused Meditation with Tibetan BowlsExperience a guided sound meditation to bring harmony through the chakras, supported by the resonance of Tibetan bowls.
🕝 1:55 – 2:00 PM | Closing CircleShare reflections, set your intentions for the year ahead, and close with gratitude and collective energy.
Who Should Attend
This workshop is open to all levels — whether you’re new to Kundalini Yoga or wish to deepen your connection with this profound practice. A regular Hatha Yoga (body-focused) practice is beneficial but not essential. All that’s required is an open heart and a willingness to explore your inner landscape.
