Join us for a gentle, grounding flow to help you:
- Shed the stress, heaviness, and “too much” of this past year
- Release what you’re ready to leave behind
- Set clear intentions for how you want to feel in the year ahead
We’ll move, breathe, and drop back into our bodies with a nervous system–friendly practice designed for every body—no perfection needed.
Bring:
- A yoga mat (and any props you love) We have some to borrow
- Water
- An open heart and your intentions for the new year
Come as you are and give yourself the gift of one hour to recalibrate before the ball drops. 💫🧘♀️🍻

Do I need yoga experience?
Nope! This class is designed for all levels, including brand-new beginners. I’ll offer options so you can move in a way that feels good for your body.
What should I bring?
A yoga mat, water, and anything else that helps you feel supported (a blanket, blocks, strap, or even your favorite sweatshirt). We do have mats and some blocks to borrow
What should I wear?
Anything comfy that you can move and stretch in. You don’t have to be fancy—unless you want to show up in sparkly NYE vibes. ✨
Is this a fast or intense class?
Depends—this is a gentle, grounding, end-of-year flow , with some somatic enegy busting moves...with a focus on nervous system support, intention-setting, and ease. You can always choose to modify or skip anything.
Can beginners join?
Yes! This class is truly beginner-friendly and welcoming to every body.
Can I come if I’ve been stressed, overwhelmed, or totally out of my practice?
One thousand percent. This space is made for you. Come as you are.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open around 10:45am. Arriving a few minutes early helps you settle in.
Where do I park?
Cabarrus Brewery has plenty of onsite parking. Use the main parking lot and enter the Kettle Room from the side entrance.
Can kids come?
If they enjoy yoga and can participate quietly, they’re welcome! (You know your kid best.)
Is there music?
Yes — an uplifting & grounding playlist to help you reset and release.
Will there be intention-setting?
Yes. We’ll incorporate breath, reflection, and a moment to get clear on what you’re ready to leave behind and what you want to call in for 2026.
Do I need to sign up in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome! Payment is $10 at the door (cash, Venmo, or card depending on what you accept). or you can sign up here through eventbrite.
Can I stay for food or beverages after?
Absolutely — the brewery will be open, so feel free to hang out and enjoy your New Year’s Eve vibes.
