I know there's that other holiday coming first, but get this on your calendar:Dance in the New Year with
** music by the energetic Mighty Babylonians
(Ted Ehrhard, Bernie Petteway, Diane Petteway, and FJ Ventre)
and
** calling by nationally known Janine Smith from the DC area
who has been described as "what you get when you cross a howdy-ma’am-BBQ-and-beans Honky Tonk with Zoom contra and sprinkle on some twinkly lights for sass."
New to contra, or need a refresher? Please arrive by 7:15 so you can sign in and be ready for the lesson at 7:30.
Dancing starts at 8:00 and ends after the first waltz of 2025.
Sliding scale: $18 to $40 per dancer.
Of course, there will be decorations, and we'll provide some snack food, but please BRING YOUR FAVORITE NO UTENSILS NEEDED goodies to share!
