New Years Eve @ The Drifter! Get ready to ring in the new year Tiki-style! Join us on Tuesday Dec 31, 2024 starting at 18h at The Drifter. It's going to be a night to remember filled with great music, delicious drinks, fantastic food and even betteer company.
We're honored to have Maxim Seynaeve behind the stove. Maxim learned the art of cooking at Va et Vient (Kortrijk), De Huiskamer (Roeselare) and honed his kitchen skills bij De Ganzerik (Gent), Parazaar (Kortrijk), … His foodconcept KNIVEN is an irresistable combo of Scandinavian cooking traditions (do more with less), his love for Weireldstuutn (ask him yourself), rich flavours & a pinch of metal.
For this event, he'll be making tiki inspired food. Full menu will be coming soon
