ABOUT/TERMS:

Loop Roof is a rooftop bar and garden setting over two levels with hundreds of exotic species of plants including our Tree Aloe & Bottle Tree varieties. All weatherproof awning to protect from rain on Level 3, subtle misters and heaters (if required) & two large umbrellas on Level 4 rooftop. Views of the city!

Seating: Loop Roof NYE is a stand-up canapé cocktail style event with tables being first come first serve on the night. There is a combination of dining, high bar table seating & cocktail style standing room. Booth & bench seating is reserved.

Spots are limited. Tickets are non-transferrable and must be purchased from our venue to be valid.

18+ only event.

Please drink responsibly as no refunds can be given if guests are asked to leave due to intoxication or anti-social behaviour as RSA applies (First Pour, no double parking).

Dietary Requirements: Loop Roof caters for Vegan, Vegetarian & Gluten free guests. Email our bookings team about any requirements & make yourself known on arrival. Our kitchen may have traces of nuts and may be unsuitable for guests with a severe intolerances.

Refunds: Refund requests must be made at least 72 hours before the event. No refunds from 4 days prior to the event. If numbers decrease or there are no-shows on the day, no refunds will be issued.

Accessibility: Please note that Loop Roof is a rooftop and is not wheelchair accessible with stair access only.

Door sopen at 7pm - Drinks outside the package 8pm - 12:30 am may be ordered at an extra expense (cocktails, premium spirits, premium. wines, premium beers and champagne if desired).
