• Tudor, Georgian, Astor: Above the Grand Ballroom - Prices start at $235 per ticket going up to $285. The music played in these rooms will be Top 40 - the same music that is being played in the Grand Ballroom below. These rooms are located up the main stairs that lead from the Grand Ballroom to this area.

• Venetian Room overlooking Lake Shore Drive: Above the Grand Ballroom - Prices start at $245 per ticket going up to $295. The music played in these rooms will be Top 40 - the same music that is being played in the Grand Ballroom below. This room is just above the Grand Ballroom at the end of the hall and has a beautiful view overlooking Lake Shore Drive.

• French Room VIP Table:  Prices start at $245 per ticket going up to $295. Music Type: DJ Justin Dahl will play a mix of House & Dance Music. This is a wonderful room that sits between the Gold Coast Ballroom and the Grand Ballroom. We place the VIP tables next to the DJ and the areas around the dance floor.

• Drake Room VIP Table:  Prices start at $245 per ticket going up to $295. Music Type: DJ Mauricio - A Global Mix Playing: Latin Vibes, Tropical Beats, Reggaeton, & Sexy House. This room has a great raised area where the VIP tables are placed, the guests have a great view of the DJ and dance floor. The room is adjacent to the Gold Coast Ballroom for easy access to the Ballon Drop at Midnight.

• VIP Table adjacent to The Palm Court: Prices start at $235 per ticket going up to $295. Music Type: A live band will be playing a great mix of music all night from the Palm Court next door. The Club International is another classic room at the Drake Hotel. Its beautiful mahogany walls and ceiling take you back to the roaring twenties when the hotel was built. The Room was a private club for over 90 years.

• VIP Table:  Prices start at $255 per ticket going up to $295. Music Type: DJ Live will play MOTOWN, RETRO MIX, & Top 40 Music. This is a wonderful room that overlooks Michigan Ave. and all the incredible Christmas lights that line the Mag Mile. This room seats over 150 guests and is a party within the party. Located next to the Gold Coast Ballroom.

• - Live Party Band - Prices start at $255 per ticket going up to $295. One of Chicago's favorite Live band will be playing a great mix of music all night long. It's the only room with a live performance by a band. This room is a NEW addition to this year's event, it's one of the most renowned rooms in the city. The Drake has been serving afternoon tea in the room since the hotel opened over 100 years ago. It's an absolutely stunning room with a fountain and an amazing flower display above, it will sell out quickly.

• - VIP Table - Prices start at $295 per ticket going up to $345. Music Type: DJ Charles Protege plays, Top 40, Dance & Hip Hop Music. The Grand Ballroom is again one of the most beautiful Ballrooms in the city it has one of the only spring-loaded dance floors in the city. It's lined by a second-story balcony that goes around the entire ballroom. It's the second-largest ballroom at the Drake hotel.

•  - VIP Table - The Nicest Ballroom in Chicago, Prices start at $325 per ticket going up to $395. Music Type: The DJ Firm's DJ Daily & Drummer Rocky Roppo - The ultimate DJ and Drummer Duo Playing Top 40, House & Hip Hop The Gold Coast Ballroom with its rows of hand-painted columns makes it one of the most sought-after wedding venues in Chicago. The Ballroom's large windows overlook Lake Michigan and Lake Shore Drive. At nearly the same size as Buckingham Palace's Ballroom and is the largest Ballroom at The Drake Hotel, it can accommodate over 1100 guests. The VIP Tables line the windows along the side of the ballroom and seat over 100 VIP table Guests.

The Chicago Scene New Year's Party at the Drake was one of the best I've ever been to. We spend New Year's in Miami, last year and it was the worst experience of my life. I never send thank you letters but I just wanted to say thanks to my group of friends from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and the University of Illinois in Champaign, We felt like we knew half the people at the event. It was the first time we had gone to a nice hotel party and were very happy with the choice. Everything went very smoothly from Check-in to the bathrooms to the bar service and the DJ's. We loved all the different rooms with DJ's playing different types of music in each. BTW we thought the VIP tickets were well worth the money. I'm sure we will bring a bigger group next year.

• Why is our ticket price higher than most other NYE Venues? The Drake Hotel is the nicest NYE Party Venue in Chicago and that makes it a very expensive place to host an event.
