• Expect Crowds: Be prepared for large crowds and potential wait times. Arrive early to minimize wait time.
• Early Entry: Enter Times Square through your designated venue entry point no later than 8 PM regardless of your party's start time.
• NYPD Authority: All movement within Times Square is subject to NYPD's discretion. Guests assume all risks and agree to follow all NYPD rules.

Ball Drop Restrictions: Strict entry restrictions may be in place between 11:30 PM and 12:15 AM.
