Ring in the New Year and celebrate in style with an amazing Party that includes Party Favors, a Champagne Toast, and a Balloon Drop at midnight. Dance all night with music from Hicks & Fowler, DJ Cut, and Big Worm. PLUS you can win $1,000 dollars!

SALADS: Southwest Caesar Salad with red chile dusted croutons, sun dried tomatoes, parmesan and Caesar dressing, Enhanced Mixed Greens Salad with bacon, apple wedges, red onion, pecans, roasted butternut squash, pepitas. Dressings: Raspberry Vinaigrette & Ranch
ENTREES: Prime Rib Carving Station – horseradish cream, au jus, whole grain rosemary mustard, silver dollar rolls, Salmon Picatta – grilled lemon wedges, oregano caper white wine sauce, Penne Pasta with Green Chile Alfredo sauce, Rosemary Lemon Chicken
