About Your Host
After six years of sobriety, Ali found that traditional therapy and Northern medicine were no longer enough to help her recover from Generational Trauma and past abuse. Her pursuit of alternative healing solutions led her to Shamanic Energy Healing and Crystals, which inspired her to establish Awaken Yourself. With a passion for educating clients on personalized holistic solutions, Ali continually researches new alternatives to offer her clients. As a Reiki Master/Teacher, Womb Therapist, Sound Healer, and Practicing Shaman and Teacher of Shamanic Energy Healing, Ali’s mission is to help her clients achieve their goals through effective holistic practices. Her true gift is bringing people together to learn and share space.In 2023, Ali received an incredible opportunity to bring her vision for Awaken Yourself to life. A storefront with several healing spaces attached was available, providing the perfect environment to promote community and assist it in growing.
