Welcome, 2025 in style at Hadley Park!
Hadley Park House Hotel promises to provide one of the best New Year’s Eve Parties in Shropshire! It’s a very special night and one not to be missed. It’s the perfect excuse to don your glad rags.
Start the night with a Champagne Reception before indulging in a delicious a five course dinner devised by our talented Chefs. There’ll also be table magic, background music followed by a tremendous fireworks display.
For this New Year, our talented Chefs have put together an exciting and innovation menu, with many ingredients sourced from local producers. (Please note that our menu can only be adapted for certain dietary requirements i.e vegetarian which must be advised upon making your reservation)

APPETISERS
Smoked salmon and dill mousse with fennel and roquitto pepper salad

Trio of beetroot carpaccio with walnut and goats cheese puree (v)
STARTERS
French onion soup with toasted parmesan and rosemary focaccia croute (v)
Crab and lemon arancini ball with saffron aioli
Honey glazed goats cheese with a salsa verde and watercress salad (v)
MAIN COURSE
Thyme and mustard rack of lamb with garlic hassleback potatoes, roasted root vegetables and red wine jus
Pan fried venison loin steak with black pudding dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal vegetables, black cherry reduction and game chips
Butternut squash and chestnut mushroom wellington with celeriac puree, seasonal vegetables and a blue cheese sauce (v)
DESSERTS
Port and vanilla poached pear with chocolate and almond sauce
Salted caramel and dark chocolate tart with clotted cream ice cream
Selection of cheese and biscuits, celery, grapes and chutney
Followed by freshly brewed Coffee
