One of our yearly traditions at Fork & Fable is to do a Fine Dining Night on New Year's Eve, and we are very excited about this year's menu!Chef will be putting all of his fine dining experience on display as he prepares a 3-course spectacular for everyone!
Reservations will be in staggered time slots that will be available from 5pm-9pm! We will start taking reservations tomorrow, Friday, November 14th! Please call us at 608.881.8877 to reserve your table!
Without further ado, here is the New Year's Eve menu!
Starter Course:
Lobster Bisque
or
Roasted Beet Salad
(arugula, beet vinaigrette, goat cheese, gold & purple beets, micro bull's blood)
Entree Course:
Hanging Tender with potato mille-feuille, grilled broccolini, braised cipollini onions, demi-glace
or
Salmon Filet with sauteed cherry tomatoes, asparagus puree, lemon-dill sauce, fried sage
Dessert Course:
Vanilla Cheesecake with bourbon Caramel
or
No Bake Key Lime Pie
