After dinner, the party comes alive! Dance the night away to live music from Tangerine and Moonbeam, followed by DJ Justyntime, keeping the celebration going until 1 am.
Dress up: in a classic, trendy, artistic, or glamorous Parisian-inspired outfit, and let your style shine! Stay overnight in a cozy yurt or dorm for a peaceful, nature-filled start to the new year, or return on New Year's Day to unwind in our relaxing facilities.

Dinner : Begin with Tartine de Fromage Blanc and a comforting Cauliflower Soup with sage, followed by your choice of Tri Tip in a rich caramelized onion demi-glace or a vegetarian Pumpkin Risotto with creamy polenta and seasonal vegetables. Finish the meal with a decadent Tuxedo Chocolate Mousse Cake drizzled with raspberry, lemon, and lavender sauce.
