New Year's Eve Comedy at Station 10 with John DeBoer (St Paul, 2 shows)

Nothing goes better with New Year's Eve than a great standup comedy show. And that's exactly what we're bringing you this year at - the historic St Paul event space in the city's historic West 7th neighborhood!

Headlining our TWO special back-to-back shows will be nationally touring comedian , who's been featured on Comedy Central, NBC's Last Comic Standing, Sirius XM Radio, and has his own Dry Bar Comedy special "Put It On My Credit Card". Joining John will be feature comedian Lily Meyer, a regular at Acme Comedy Company, along with host and 20-year comic vet Joe Cocozzello.

ABOUT OUR COMEDIANS:

Headliner: John DeBoer

It has been said there are only two ways you can go in life after making a mistake: learn from it and move on, or don’t learn from it and stay where you are. John DeBoer has chosen a third route: write a joke about it and share it with the masses!

His nerve-hitting show flows from the devious side of childhood to the never-ended pressures of our times. His twisted observations of life, the world around him, and particularly how he has managed to screw it up, have earned John a reputation as one of the most consistently strong acts wherever he goes. Watching John on stage takes the audience on a roller coaster of seeing their own blunders or faux pas, and then being compelled to laugh at them.

Falling somewhere between “The Next John DeBoer of Comedy” and “The Best You Can Do On Short Notice”, he takes us on a ride we’ve all been on yet somehow failed to see the humor in the first time through. Having appeared at comedy clubs, colleges, three federal penitentiaries, the Dayton 500 Experience, as well as on Comedy Central, SiriusXM, and in national TV commercials, with a brief (very brief, yet heartwarming) shot on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, John DeBoer might be the funniest comedian you’ve never heard of.

Lily is a stand-up comedian and writer who began her comedy career in Boston, and now lives in her hometown of Minneapolis. Her style of comedy is dark and sometimes dirty. Some people have thanked her for ‘finally saying what they have been feeling their entire lives’, and those people need professional help. She performs at the Comedy Corner Underground, Sisyphus Brewing, and Camp Bar while also co-producing a bimonthly show at Indeed Brewing. She is a contributing writer for RiffTrax.

A comedy veteran with over 20 years of experience, Joe’s wild man energy is infectious both on stage and off. His boundless enthusiasm, energy and charisma are guaranteed to win over any audience. Joe has been featured in clubs across the U.S. and worked with comedy legends such as Todd Barry and Rob Delaney.
