This year bridges the reflective wisdom of the 2025 Wood Snake into the bold, expansive energy of the 2026 Fire Horse, a shift from quiet inner transformation to spirited forward motion. Join us as we gather, savor, and celebrate this movement into a “double fire” year of courage, momentum, and new possibility.

• Endless buffet appetizers featuring handmade local gyoza, organic edamame, and bright miso cucumber
• One beautifully crafted ramen bowl (choose duck or vegan “Mushroom Dreams”) made with organic and locally sourced Vermont ingredients
