Event Timeline:
- Bars open in the Elizabethan Ballroom & Hall of Doges: 7pm
- Check in opens: 7:30pm
- Doors open to the Grand Pennington Ballroom: 8:00pm
- Sit down dinner service: 8:30pm-10pm
- Dancing, late night bites, NYE champagne toast: 10pm-1am

Dress Code: Formal evening attire encouraged (coat check will be available) — floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, tuxedos, or sharp suits. Think New Year’s Eve elegance: rich fabrics, shimmering accents, statement jewelry, and polished shoes. Make it your most glamorous night of the year.

Cancellation Policy: Guests are eligible for a full refund up to 48 hours before the start of the experience.
Take the elevator home at the end of the night: All guests attending the NYE Ball are invited to enjoy a discounted rate on a Davenport Hotel guest room for the evening. * Guest room Party Policy must be signed at the hotel front desk during check in. NYE event tickets must be shown at check in to receive the event room rate, otherwise your rate will be changed to Best Available.
