By purchasing a ticket for the Grand Reopening Extravaganza at Down South CaJJun Eats, you acknowledge and agree that all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, regardless of circumstances.
Event Admission Only:
Tickets grant admission solely to the Grand Reopening Extravaganza at Down South CaJJun Eats on the specified date and time. They do not include any additional services, meals, or beverages unless explicitly stated in the ticket description.
Identification Required:
Attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the ticket at the event entrance. Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of entry.
Lost or Stolen Tickets:
Down South CaJJun Eats and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Keep your tickets safe and treat them as you would cash.
Change of Plans:
Please be certain of your availability before purchasing tickets, as they cannot be transferred to another individual or rescheduled for a different event.
Event Cancellation:
In the unlikely event of the New Years Eve ball 2025 cancellation, a refund equal to the face value of the ticket (excluding fees) will be issued.
