Payment Details
100% payment is required at the time of booking. Payment must be made before the event to secure your registration. All events are priced in Australian dollars and include GST. Please note that booking fees do apply.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your registration to this event at any time, NO ticket costs will be refunded. Non-attendance of any event due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds or a transfer to another event.
Minors
You must be 18 years or older to participate in this event, and you must provide proof of age upon entry.
Dietary Requirements
We cater to all dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies, lactose intolerance etc. Please advise of any specific requirements upon booking to ensure we have suitable options available. We will have one of our staff members talk you through your options when you arrive.
Dress Code
Customers are required to dress in smart clothing and remain clean, neat, and tidy at all times while in our venue. However, a few things to keep in mind: collared shirts are required. Thongs, trainers, ripped denim or beachwear are not allowed.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry if our dress code is not adhered to or your attire or attitude is deemed inappropriate.
