Then, move into The Hulman for a beautifully curated, multi-course dining experience that captures the heart of the Midwest. The night wraps up in the Cannon Ball Lounge with a decadent dessert bar🍰, live music, and a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. Multi-Course Menu in The Hulman:

Course 1: Root Vegetable Tartare – roasted beet, carrot & parsnip with mustard vinaigrette, pickled shallot, and rye toast points (V)
Course 2: Wild Mushroom & Sweet Corn Chowder – black truffle herb oil with crispy pancetta (pancetta optional)

Course 3:

Duck Confit - garlic potato mash, roasted Brussels sprouts, and apple cider reduction

Winter Squash and Sage Pasta Rags - butternut squash, roasted mushrooms, chestnuts, sage brown butter, and balsamic reduction (V)
