• Age Restrictions: NYE at 29/30 is strictly an adult 18+ only event.
• Dietaries: Please advise of all dietary requirements at the time of booking to provide ample preparation time
• Dress Code: Smart attire is required across all venues and public spaces.
• Seating Requests: Guaranteed seating is only available at Level 29 Cabanas with Level 30 providing exclusive access only. If you require accessibility support, please notify our team directly at the time of booking for assistance.
• Beverage & Food Package: All menus are subject to product availability. Duration of the four (4) hour beverage package is from 8PM to 12:30AM with a cash bar available from 12:30AM to 2AM.
• Firework Displays: Please note, Darling Harbour fireworks are currently scheduled for 9PM and midnight, however W Sydney is not responsible for firework display programming or schedule amendments/cancellations. For more information, please view Darling Harbour What’s On.
• Weather Conditions: Please note, 29/30 and W Sydney will not offer refunds due to wet weather, but will provide full arrangements indoors without guranteed seating.
• Prepayment: Securing your reservation requires full prepayment at time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable for this event.
