The Copper Room Experience - One Night Only!
This New Year’s Eve, Round Midnight is transformed into The Copper Room - an intimate, one-night-only cocktail club glowing with warm vibes, impeccable drinks, and a midnight toast unlike anything else in Edmond.
On December 31st, you’re invited to step inside a candle-lit wonderland to welcome the new year!
Expect a night of elevated cocktails, rich ambiance, indulgent small plates, and a countdown crafted with intention. This is New Year’s Eve done slowly, warmly, and beautifully.

A Transformed Space
Curated for this one-night-only event, Round Midnight becomes an elegant copper-lit lounge with soft amber lighting, and accents that shimmer as the evening unfolds.
Cocktail Experience
Our Beverage Director, Kayla Hutton, has created a special Copper List menu - signature cocktails, warm aromatics, sparkling features, and an indulgent zero-proof offering. Expect rich flavors, modern technique, and a little bit of theater.
Canapés & Small Plates
Enjoy chef-crafted bites from Chef Zach Hutton and Chef Tim Scarberry, of The Old Icehouse, inspired by classic supper clubs. The perfect pairing to a long evening of cocktails and celebration.
Music for the Moment
Curated lounge music set the tone early in the night – and then enjoy a full live jazz set from The Issei Aoyama Trio to take us all the way to midnight!
A Midnight Champagne Toast
As the room counts down together, champagne suddenly appears across the bar! A shimmering, celebratory toast welcomes 2026 in true Round Midnight fashion.

Event Schedule
8:00 PM – Entry and welcome cocktails
9:00–11:00 PM – Cocktails, small plates, music, and mingling
11:45 PM – The room prepares for the countdown
Midnight – Champagne toast (included - NA available at request)
12:00–1:00 AM – Lounge party + final hour of service
Dress Code
Sharp dress encouraged. A night this special deserves a little polish.
A Final Note
The Copper Room opens only once per year.
Capacity is intentionally limited to maintain an intimate, high-end experience.
Early tickets are strongly recommended.
