Should you prefer to dive straight into the festivities, feel free to bypass the dining experience. As the dinner winds down, or upon your arrival, you'll be ushered into the lush, vibrant setting of the Backyard oasis at the Marseilles Hotel. Here, the night comes alive with the pulsating beats from our renowned DJ, complemented by the dynamic performances of live dancers. The La Hora Loca Events, a jewel in South Florida's entertainment crown, promises an unforgettable evening with their award-winning DJs, live musicians, and the much-anticipated Midnight Show.

As the clock inches towards midnight, our Backyard celebration transforms into a magical space under the stars. You'll be part of an exclusive gathering, raising a glass of champagne to toast the New Year. Revel in the joy and excitement as the party continues until 1 am, marking the beginning of a new year with unforgettable memories at the Marseilles Hotel.

Dress Code: Smart Casual

• Open bar option, champagne toast, and alcohol service for guests 21 years and older only. A photo ID will be required at the door.
• No outside food or drink will be permitted at the dinner or the party.
• Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their selected time to be seated.
• The “Premium Open Bar” option includes premium liquor cocktails, draft beer, and house wine. One cocktail will be served at a time. Sharing is not permitted.
• General Admission / Cabana VIP tickets do not include dinner and gain entry to the event starting at 9 pm until 1 am.
• For the dinner portion of our event, please be aware of the two seating time options and inform us in advance if you would like to be seated inside, on the pool deck, or around the pool.
• All dinner seating is based on arrival time and availability.
• No refunds: The even organizer shall not be liable to provide refunds for events resulting from unforeseeable occurrences beyond their control, encompassing but not limited to local or national weather conditions, natural calamities, queueing delays, family or medical emergencies, employment-related issues including terminations, traffic congestions, parking constraints, public or private transportation hindrances, and other analogous circumstances. In instances where tickets were procured for an erroneous date, location, or event, the promoter is under no obligation to furnish refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers. Upon approval of a cancellation or transfer request, the promoter retains the right to levy a $10 administrative fee to cover administrative expenses and an additional $10 restocking fee per ticket in the event of their resale. Promoters, Venue Owners, Venue Management, Security, Event Staff, and other authorized representatives reserve the discretion to deny entry to any ticket-holder without recourse to refund, based on their discretion and inclusive of reasons such as disorderly conduct, non-compliance with venue regulations, inappropriate attire, intoxication, venue capacity constraints, security breaches, and other pertinent restrictions. Ticket-holders are duly notified that alterations in the Venue or Talent lineup without prior notice do not constitute grounds for refund claims. Similarly, the assured amenities by the Promoter, including but not limited to VIP privileges, beverage offers, gift provisions, expedited entry, exclusive zones, or celebrity appearances, are not guaranteed and shall not be considered refundable. Dissatisfaction with any facet of the event, encompassing but not restricted to the music, DJs, decor, party favors, beverages, alcohol choices, bar service, food availability and variety, fellow attendees, venue or event staff, security, performances, ambiance, amenities, venue arrangement, check-in procedures, seating arrangements or lack thereof, waiting times, abrupt event closures, emergency returns of vessels, delayed or premature commencement of events, public attractions such as fireworks or performances, or obstructions in sightlines to public displays owing to obstructions such as trees, edifices, vessels, crowds, or other impediments, shall not constitute valid grounds for refund claims.No re-entry to this event will be permitted.
• Paid valet parking is very limited. Lyft or Uber are the best options.
• Kids under 12 must always be under the supervision of an adult.
• A 20% gratuity is included in all prices. An additional 7% sales tax will be applied to all transactions.
• THIS IS A NON-SMOKING AND NON-VAPINGEVENT.
• Weapons - Knives and firearms or weapons of any kind will not be permitted at this event.
• Covid Policy: No reimbursement or credit shall be granted in the event that the ticket purchaser or any individual within the group contracts COVID-19 or a similar variant.
