Join Sol Rio Co-Founders MK & Alex in a special 75 minute yoga session set to live music, welcoming in the beginning of the new year!
MK will guide you in an accessible slow-flow practice, rooted in breath and awareness. Alex will support your practice by playing a live soundscape created on the spot, using a variety of musical instruments.
The session concludes with an ambient sound bath with both acoustic (gong, chimes, bowls, trumpet) and non-acoustic instruments (keyboard & synthesizer), immersing participants in healing sound waves.
