Feel Good Flows: Rise and Thrive – New Year’s Day - 108 Challenge.
Join us on the first morning of the year to honor new beginnings and embrace the possibilities of 2026 with a transformative yoga experience.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the St Kilda foreshore, this outdoor event invites you to awaken your body and soul with:
Our Feel Good Flows - annual tradition!
🌅 Meditation, Breathwork & Intention Setting (9-9.30am) – Begin your day grounded in mindfulness and clarity as the sun rises.
🧘 108 Sun Salutations (9.30am-10.30am ) – Participate in our cherished tradition at your pace. Whether you're feeling spicy and come along for the whole journey completing all 108, or taking it to a personal approach modifying poses, or simply sitting in meditation and soaking in the collective energy, all are welcome to join in a way that feels right for you.
🎶 Community Connection (10.30am-11am) – Celebrate with music, dancing, games, and activities that bring everyone together.
What to Bring?
- Essentials: Yoga mat/towel, water, sun-smart supplies, and a big heart.
- Optional: Notebook for intention setting, bathers for a refreshing swim afterward.
Constribution/cost? Honesty-based donations.
We believe in making wellness accessible, which is why this event follows an honesty model. While similar live music and yoga events are often priced at $50+ per person, we invite you to contribute what you can.
Your contribution helps cover the costs of the musician, teacher, catering, equipment, permit fees, and more. If you can't afford to pay due to hardships - please don't feel you can't come, reach out, I will cover you.
