This will be an interactive session with a combination of individual and group activitivies. The activities are of course optional! They are designed to help you feel clearer and more empowered about your personal or professional aims for the year ahead.

About your host
Hello my name is Katherine Kotz. I am a freelance trainer, facilitator and theatre maker based in Brighton, My practice is rooted in the ‘Circle Way’ methodology and drama techniques learned during a 10-year career as an actor, facilitator, and creative producer. I have a strong foundation in personal and professional development, team and leadership coaching, and organisational culture change.
