Ease into the New Year and get creative with your intentions and wellness practice. Start the morning with a guided breathwork meditation to clear the mind, followed by Yoga Flow to align the body. As you settle into the calming Shavasana pose, you will be taken on a soothing sound journey to ground your energy and
completely relax.
The afternoon will be a journey into personal clarity as we will spend time enjoying some light snacks, journaling, sharing thoughts, and creating a vision board to set your intentions for 2026!
All of the earlier work of the day will help bring what we say, think, and do into harmony and create a sense of wholeness
and connection as we begin a new cycle in the New Year. A beautiful closing will conclude your day - but
will be a beginning to the year ahead.
Things to Bring:
Journal and pen
Water bottle
Whatever you need to comfortably relax (yoga mat,
pillow, cushion, blanket, etc.).
If you do not have relaxing ‘equipment’, we can provide those for you onsite.
Class size is limited to 14 attendees maximum. We suggest early registration to guarantee a spot.
