This immersive experience will guide you through intentional breathwork, grounding meditation, and a full-body sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. The vibrations support the nervous system, helping to release stored stress, emotional residue, and energetic patterns from the past year—making space for clarity, renewal, and intention.
As we cross the threshold into the new year, you’ll be invited to reflect, let go of what no longer serves you, and connect with the energy you want to carry forward. No experience with meditation or sound healing is needed—just bring your body, your breath, and an open heart.
