A Sound Bath is a powerful sonic meditation that enables deep relaxation. It's an immersion in beautiful sounds that are healing to the body, mind and soul.
The 'bath' involves the playing of a variety of sound healing instruments such as singing bowls, crystal bowls and in particular gongs. Vibrations from the gongs, singing bowls, rattles, drums and other sound healing instruments such as chimes and the amazing sacred solfeggio pipes, assist the release of emotional and energetic blockages in the body and stimulate healing in a simple yet profound way. They make for very powerful meditations and profound healing and relaxing experiences.
For the best experience, wear comfortable layers and socks.
We will provide mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows. Bring an extra and a blanket for added comfort.
REFUND POLICY: If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, unfortunately we cannot refund you. But you can of course swap it with someone else. Just let us know via email. Before then, we are happy to refund the full price of your ticket.
This sound healing experience will be led by Liam Oragh - a fully certified graduate of the Celtic School of Sound Healing. He has a deep passion for Sound Healing so expect a mantra and an Auld Lang Syne too.
