This deeply restorative sound bath is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, open your heart to what does, and step into 2026 with clarity, calm, and intention.
Using seven crystal singing bowls, tuned to each chakra’s frequency and color-we will journey from the root to the crown, gently clearing stagnant energy & reawakening balance in the mind, body, & spirit.
