Join us for a three-hour session featuring five talented Gong players.
This unique arrangement places participants within a circle, surrounded by the Gongs. As the Gong Players perform around you, you'll experience an immersive surround sound effect.
Almost like a singing bowl…
During this time, feel free to drift into deep relaxation or meditation; you can lie down, sit up, or alternate between both
These sessions are always very powerful. Book early to avoid disappointment!
With the Winter Solstice just behind us, we acknowledge the return of light while honoring the darkest period of the year. Allow your body and mind to embrace the magical darkness, and let’s quietly celebrate the arrival of the light! As the sun begins its long journey back to the northern hemisphere, we can take joy in this transition while also remembering that the world remains cold and dark. We’re not quite ready to "jump-start" the new year, but rather, we can gently awaken with the natural world over the next few months.
You can forget new year intentions, new year, new you jargon and anything relating to the new (false) year, the natural world is not yet awake and neither are we.
As we conclude the first full moon of January (on January 3rd), this is still a time to ground ourselves, release, rest, and fully embrace the season of Wintering.
We would advise bringing a thicker mat, or small self inflating air bed (no big air beds please) for this session as we are on the floor for 2.5 hours.
We start with 30 mins of gentle sound and breathing practices, followed by very gentle movement which prepares us physically and mentally for the 2.5 Sound voyage.
This will be a beautiful night to remember
