January can be a difficult month, with many of us experiencing a dip in mood & energy after the festive frenzy has passed. We have intentionally planned our next yoga lunch for the end of January, to have something to look forward to in the new year that will nourish your body & mind, and give you that much-needed boost! Join us on Sunday 26th January at the Coaver Club in Exeter for an uplifting yoga class themed around finding more light & joy during the darker months, topped off with the most delicious lunch catered by the wonderful Polly Nostimos little Greek Kitchen ✨ See below for full details:Date: Sunday 26th January
Time: Yoga 12:15-1:30pm with lunch to follow
Investment: £30 per person including lunch (we can cater for any dietary requirements, veg and vegan options are also available)

Booking policy: Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. As we are a small business and have set costs and limited spaces, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required in order to transfer your booking over to another event for the yoga lunches and celebrations. Should you be unable to attend on short notice, I'm happy to transfer your booking over to another session only if we are able to fill the space. Otherwise, you are welcome to pass your space onto a friend / family member to attend in your place. Thank you for your understanding :)
