New Year Reset Sound Bath

Join Sneha for the first sound bath of 2025, to refresh your mind, body, and spirit and reset for the new year. We would start the session with some journaling, where we would reflect on the past year and set intentions for the upcoming year. This would be followed by a guided sound journey to release what no longer serves us from the past year and welcome in our manifestations for the new year.

The Himalayan Singing Bowls are crafted with seven metals especially designed to bring the mind, body and soul into harmony. The soothing sound from these bowls takes us into a deep meditative/theta state.

The resonance of these bowls penetrates us on a cellular level. The frequency or vibration of each of these bowls correspond to each of the seven major chakras (energy centers) in the body. Therefore, the sound and vibration produced from these bowls help to release any blockages/stuck emotions from the chakras and promote overall wellness. In the theta state, one can access and program one’s subconscious mind and the intentions we set in this state manifest easier and quicker.

Please bring a yoga mat, and any pillows, blankets, or other props you would like to make yourself comfortable while lying down for the sound bath, and a journal.

Sneha Agrawal of Emerald Energies Wellness is a certified Usui/Holy Fire III ® Reiki Practitioner, Certified Himalayan Singing Bowl Practitioner, Certified Angel Guide and Narayan Reiki Master. She applies her intuitive and empathic abilities to sense the areas that require energetic alignment and then customizes each Reiki/Sound Bath session to promote the well-being of the recipient. Both Reiki and Sound Bath sessions deeply relax the mind and the body, improve the mood, boost energy flow in the body, and promote spiritual growth.
