New Year Reset for Women – Grounding, journaling & free expression painting

A gentle, creative, and emotional reset just for women.

The holidays can feel overwhelming, busy, loud, and draining. This New Year Reset workshop is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with yourself, and begin 2026 with intention.

We’ll begin with soft grounding techniques and breathwork to relax the body. From there, we’ll move into guided journaling to release last year’s heaviness and welcome new energy for the year ahead. Finally, you’ll create a calming mixed-media artwork using a soothing “vertical calm” paint technique and real dried lavender that you’ll attach to your canvas. It’s simple, meditative, and incredibly peaceful.

This evening is for every woman, whether you’re a mom, a caregiver, a professional, an entrepreneur, a student, or simply someone who needs a moment to slow down.
