You will have time to notice your body, explore subtle movements, and tune into your breath. The pacing gives you room to settle into your practice with clarity and steadiness. This session is for anyone ready to start the year grounded, present, and fully embodied.

This is a workshop for adults (ages 18+). No experience is needed.
