✨ Relaxation Sound / Gong Bath ✨Join us for a deeply relaxing Sound & Gong Bath at this beautiful venue as we return with gongs and sound for our first session here of 2026.
If you haven’t experienced a sound or gong bath before, this is a wonderful place to begin — and what an incredible space to do so.
All you need to do is arrive, settle onto your mat, and make yourself comfortable — we’ll take care of the rest.
We’ll begin with some simple breathing techniques to gently prepare you for the sounds of the instruments.
You’ll then be immersed in soothing vibrations from gongs, chimes, and a crystal singing pyramid, allowing the sounds to wash over you, release tension, and support a deep sense of calm.
We’ll close the session with refreshments, giving you time to gently return.
