Join Sarita and Kelvin Young for a soothing journey of rest and renewal, embracing the year ahead with clarity and calm. This workshop blends the gentle, effortless practice of restorative yoga with the transformative vibrations of sound healing. Sarita will guide you through supported poses, while Kelvin immerses you in a nurturing, vibrational sound bath throughout your practice. Healing crystal singing bowls, a gong, ocean sounds, and chimes will create a harmonious soundscape to encourage profound relaxation and rejuvenation.
This powerful combination of practices offers numerous benefits, including calming the nervous system, alleviating stress and anxiety, improving sleep quality, and enhancing overall well-being.
Studio will provide all the necessary props to support your comfort during the restorative yoga; feel free to bring your own or a pillowcase to cover the bolster as you wish. This workshop is suitable for everyone at all levels.
