🕐 Demos include Pole Teaser, Chair Dance, Floor & Flow, Fit & Flexy, Pilates, Queen Strong and will run throughout the afternoon, each around 20 minutes
📝 Sign up sheets for each class will be available at the door — first come, first serve, so be sure to arrive on time
