Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep" is a guided meditation bringing students to a space of deep relaxation through stillness, breathing, and spoken cues during this simple but impactful meditation. We'll begin this class with an exploration to set a personal intention (or intentions) for the New Year, and then settle into a guided Nidra practice.No yoga or meditation experience is necessary; this is an all levels class that is open to all bodies. Supportive props will be provided, but we encourage you to bring a favorite blanket and socks.
