New Year, New You Yoga Disco Join Glow with the Flow for our wonderful New Year New You event. The event will start at 5.30pm. We will start with an uplifting mantra meditation, followed by guided dance yoga. Following this we are having a dance party. Free style old school disco, bar is open lets rise a glass to a lively, lovely start to 2025.
