Join Dr. Kezziah McDaniel, as we discuss Choice Theory and its role in the developement of goals and the impact of motivation and adherence to change behaviors that promote the success of goals and new habit formation.
Objectives:
- Examine the 5 principles of choice theory
- Discuss the 7 connecting and disconnecting habits of choice theory
- Discuss how choice theory concepts influence decision making and maintenance of healthy behaviors
