The New Year is a powerful time to let go of the old, welcome in the new and set intentions for a good year…
Intentions are touchstones, a place for you to return to for guidance and clarity. An intention isn’t something you have to search for, your intention is already alive inside of you. As you embark on this year’s journey, your intention will help to guide you along the way.
Come and join Louise for a gentle flow and yin class where we will set our intentions for the new year. Finishing with deep rest and a guided Yoga Nidra.
You may wish to bring a notebook to use for your 2025 journal!
Workshop price is £30.
