Join Jennifer Jackson-Olson and I as we start our New Year with Detoxing our whole body. We will begin on Tuesday, Jan. 20th, which is a great time to start as the moon is in the waning phase, and as the moon decreases in size, so should we. 😁 If you want to do this with us, just stop by the Spa on Monday to pick up your kit. We are limited to about 10 kits at this time but would be happy to order more if you want to start later in the month or even next month. Watch for our progress as we both (like many others) need to get our thyroid glands working better, hormones balanced, appetite under control, stress levels down, and get our bodies moving.
