For 2026, we are expanding our workforce! Our redeveloped specialist care accommodation at Raby Hall has been designed to empower the people we support to live more independently. To help bring this vision to life, we are growing our team of support heroes, and we want you to be part of it.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
· Support individuals in their homes and out in the community.
· Assist with personal care and daily routines.
· Encourage independence and build confidence.
· Help set and achieve personalised goals.
· Create a safe, engaging environment for physical and social activities.

Shift Patterns
We offer a variety of roles including day shift and night shifts, based on a 3-on / 3-off model, including:
· 8am–10pm
· 8am–8pm
· 9am–9pm
· 10am–4pm *Flexibility available for the right candidate – let’s talk!
· 8pm-8am (Waking Night Support Work)
· 10pm-8am (Waking Night Support Work)
New to Care?
We’ll help you every step of the way. Start in our smaller services and build your confidence, before progressing to more complex support roles. Our award-winning Learning Culture Team will give you all the knowledge you’ll need to start your journey strongly, through tailored training and lifelong learning opportunities.
