Using a combination of functional martial arts, yoga and primal flow techniques to get you centered, grounded & focused for your next season. This 2-hour workshop uses traditional martial arts exercises to gain back a balanced physical and emotional well being, and safety and centering methods to provide tools to step into the next season of your life.
Pretty Deadly Certified Trainers will lead you through:
- Balancing and centering exercises
- Yoga + breathing techniques
- Primal flow movement
...and how it all relates to body-positive self defense.
This workshop aims to give you practical techniques for you to train and implement in your daily life, to help you deal better with short and long term challenges and goals. Our comprehensive workshop offers a safe space, room to reconnect, and tools to grow.

Susie Kahlich is a the founder of Pretty Deadly Self Defense, a program she developed based on her experience as a violent crime survivor and 22+ years of martial arts training. Pretty Deadly offers practical self defense tools for the things women actually face, in the ways women actually learn, and that's actually fun!
