Come relax and journey inward through a community breathwork session at an amazing plant shop in Jackson TN!The New Year is a great time for setting intentions and manifesting visions for the year to come. What are you wanting to call into your life in 2026? This breathwork session will be a great place to plant those seeds.
This will be a ceremonial community breathwork experience focused on welcoming winter.
We will begin by checking in and setting an intention for the practice. Renée will then guide participants through a transformative breathwork experience followed by a relaxing guided journey meditation. We will end by sharing reflections on the experience and grounding ourselves with some vegan dark chocolate.
Please come with a yoga mat or something to lay on, a blanket or something to cover up with, and water. Please wear comfy clothes and it is best not to eat a big meal within the two hours prior to doing breathwork.
