Waving goodbye to 2025 and the over-indulgences of Christmas and new year, we will begin with an opening ceremony using physical release techniques and breath of fire.I will lead you through a strong flow of twists and rotations to cleanse the vital organs, encourage digestive fire and tone your abdominal muscles.
I will guide you gently into the next stage of this ritual using Yin Yoga postures. This will encourage lymphatic drainage, rinse toxins from the body and promote relaxation.
This transformational practice will close with a grounding meditation to cool the embers and lead you into the year ahead.
A lovely little ritual to start 2026!
