Starting the year with intentional breathwork is one of the most powerful ways to create real, lasting change. This January, you’re invited to a guided experience that helps you get clear on what you want less of in 2026, what you want more of, and how you want to feel as you move through the year.
Through conscious breathing, you’ll have the opportunity to gently put down what’s been weighing you down, clear mental and emotional clutter, and make space for the habits, energy, and goals you want to cultivate.
We’ll use the breath to embody your intentions, not just think about them, but feel them in a way that anchors them into your nervous system. You’ll then integrate everything through a soothing meditation and sound healing journey.
