Join us for a writing workshop in the middle of nature at Naturepark Amager.We meet and do 2 writing warm-up exercises and go on 2 small walks in nature:
1. Winter Haiku
We go for a walk on the poet bridge and talk about the Haiku poem.
After that, it is individual writing time of 1 hour indoors.
2. New Year's Intention - free writing
We go individually for a walk in the nature park and come back and write our thoughts about the coming year.
·Before we go out, we write down our dreams for the year.
·When we come back, we write our wishes for the year.
On this day, we will practice mindfulness in nature and 'deep listening'. By setting aside time to feel ourselves and open to our intuition, we are guided to find our human and creative intentions for the coming year.
At the end of the day, we share processes and thoughts (if you feel like it).
You are also welcome to work on your own writing on this day, if you would rather spend the time and the writing community on it.
Practical
It is possible to buy lunch and catering at Traktørstedet.
During the workshop there will be coffee and tea and biscuits.
